Possibl Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 17, 2026

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, credits and related payment adjustments are handled for bookings and transactions made through Possibl.

Possibl is a talent discovery and booking platform connecting users with Creators, professionals, studios, organizers and other service providers.

Because different services may have different preparation requirements, availability constraints, event dates and commercial arrangements, the cancellation and refund terms applicable to a particular booking may vary.

The specific cancellation and refund terms displayed to you before or at the time of booking will apply to that booking, subject to applicable law.

This Refund Policy forms part of the Possibl Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, the Possibl Creator Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to transactions made through Possibl, including where applicable:

  • Creator sessions
  • Classes
  • Lessons
  • Workshops
  • Masterclasses
  • Events
  • Experiences
  • Studio bookings
  • Talent bookings
  • Corporate or organizational experiences
  • Express Allocation bookings
  • Other services offered through Possibl

Different cancellation rules may apply to different services.

2. Cancellation Terms Shown Before Booking

Before completing a booking, Possibl may display information such as:

  • Cancellation deadline
  • Refund percentage
  • Non-refundable amount
  • Rescheduling eligibility
  • Credit eligibility
  • No-show conditions
  • Processing fees
  • Other applicable conditions

By completing the booking, you acknowledge the cancellation and refund terms displayed for that transaction.

Where there is a conflict between this general Policy and the specific cancellation terms displayed at checkout, the specific transaction terms will generally govern that booking, subject to applicable law.

3. Why Cancellation Rules May Differ

Cancellation terms may vary depending on factors including:

  • Type of service
  • Service duration
  • Event date
  • Booking value
  • Creator's preparation requirements
  • Venue commitments
  • Advance costs
  • Whether the service is personalized
  • Whether the booking is for an event
  • Whether the booking has already commenced
  • Whether the Creator has incurred non-recoverable costs
  • Whether the booking was generated through Express Allocation
  • Whether the transaction is part of a co-produced event
  • Applicable law

Possibl may therefore not apply a single refund percentage to every transaction.

4. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation through the applicable Possibl booking interface or support channel.

Where cancellation is permitted, the refund will be determined according to the cancellation terms applicable to the booking.

Possible outcomes may include:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Possibl credit
  • Rescheduling
  • No refund
  • Other resolution specifically disclosed at booking

The applicable outcome will depend on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Suggested Standard Cancellation Framework

Unless a different policy is specifically displayed for a service, Possibl may use the following standard framework for eligible bookings:

Cancellation TimingStandard Refund
More than 72 hours before service100% refund
24–72 hours before service75% refund
12–24 hours before service50% refund
Less than 12 hours before serviceGenerally non-refundable
After service has startedGenerally non-refundable
No-showGenerally non-refundable

This framework is a default guideline only. The specific cancellation policy shown for a particular Creator Service, event or booking will prevail where different.

Applicable payment-processing charges or other disclosed non-refundable charges may affect the final amount returned.

6. Creator-Specific Cancellation Policies

Creators may establish reasonable cancellation conditions for their services where supported by Possibl.

Any Creator-specific cancellation policy must:

  • Be clearly communicated to customers
  • Not be misleading
  • Not unlawfully restrict consumer rights
  • Be consistent with the service being offered
  • Be applied consistently

Creators may not impose a cancellation or refund condition after booking that materially differs from the condition presented to the customer at the time of purchase, except where required or permitted by applicable law.

7. Creator Cancellation

Creators are expected to honor confirmed bookings.

If a Creator cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will generally be entitled to a refund or alternative resolution, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

Depending on the situation, Possibl may offer:

  • Full refund
  • Rescheduling
  • Possibl credit
  • Alternative Creator
  • Alternative session
  • Other appropriate resolution

Repeated or unreasonable Creator cancellations may result in account-level action under the Possibl Creator Terms.

8. Creator Fails to Deliver the Agreed Service

Where a Creator fails to provide the service that was booked, the customer may be eligible for a refund or other appropriate resolution.

Examples may include:

  • Creator does not appear
  • Creator does not provide the booked service
  • Service is materially different from what was advertised
  • Service is materially incomplete
  • Service is cancelled without an agreed alternative
  • Creator refuses to honor a confirmed booking without valid reason

Possibl may review the circumstances before determining the appropriate resolution.

Where a seller/service provider fails to provide a service appropriately, applicable consumer-protection requirements may also apply.

9. Service Materially Different From Description

If a service is materially different from what was advertised or agreed at the time of booking, the customer may contact Possibl for review.

Examples may include material differences in:

  • Service type
  • Duration
  • Location
  • Major inclusions
  • Advertised features
  • Number or type of instructors/performers
  • Other essential characteristics

Possibl may request relevant information from both the customer and Creator before determining an appropriate resolution.

10. No-Show by Customer

If a customer does not attend or participate in a confirmed booking without cancelling within the applicable cancellation period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Unless the applicable booking policy states otherwise:

  • The booking may be non-refundable
  • The Creator may retain the applicable amount
  • Possibl may retain applicable platform fees
  • Rescheduling may not be available

Exceptions may apply where the customer can demonstrate circumstances reasonably warranting an alternative resolution.

11. No-Show by Creator

If a Creator fails to attend or provide a confirmed service without an appropriate reason, Possibl may treat the transaction as a Creator cancellation or service failure.

The customer may be eligible for:

  • Full refund
  • Rescheduling
  • Alternative Creator
  • Credit
  • Other appropriate resolution

The Creator may also be subject to account-level consequences.

12. Rescheduling

Where supported, a customer or Creator may request to reschedule a booking.

Rescheduling may be subject to:

  • Availability
  • Creator approval
  • Event capacity
  • Timing restrictions
  • Applicable fees
  • Other conditions displayed for the booking

Where a booking is successfully rescheduled, the original payment may remain applied to the rescheduled booking.

Repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation if permitted under the applicable booking terms.

13. Possibl-Created or Marketplace-Generated Bookings

For bookings generated through Possibl's marketplace, discovery or recommendation systems, the applicable refund will generally be handled according to the specific booking policy.

Possibl's marketplace commission is generally adjusted or reversed where necessary to reflect a legitimate full or partial refund.

The exact financial treatment may depend on:

  • Amount refunded
  • Timing of refund
  • Payment processing costs
  • Creator payout status
  • Chargebacks
  • Applicable taxes
  • Other transaction adjustments

14. Express Allocation Bookings

Express Allocation bookings may involve priority matching, rapid routing or additional operational services.

Because these bookings may require immediate Creator availability and additional operational coordination, they may have cancellation conditions that differ from standard marketplace bookings.

The applicable Express Allocation cancellation and refund terms will be displayed before the booking is confirmed.

Where no specific terms are displayed, the general provisions of this Policy will apply subject to applicable law.

15. User Referral Bookings

Where a booking includes a referral reward to a user or promoter, cancellation may affect the referral reward.

If a transaction is refunded:

  • An unpaid referral reward may be cancelled
  • A previously credited referral reward may be reversed where permitted
  • Related transaction adjustments may be made

Referral rewards are generally not considered final until the underlying transaction has successfully settled and the applicable refund or dispute period has passed.

16. Co-Produced Workshops, Masterclasses and Events

Possibl may co-produce workshops, masterclasses, weekend community events and other special programs with selected Creators.

These events may have event-specific cancellation and refund conditions because Possibl and the Creator may incur advance costs such as:

  • Venue costs
  • Advertising and marketing costs
  • Production costs
  • Staffing
  • Equipment
  • Artist fees
  • Other event-related commitments

The cancellation and refund terms for a co-produced event will therefore be displayed or communicated as part of the relevant event booking.

Where a separate written event agreement exists, that agreement will govern the applicable commercial and cancellation terms.

17. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

A booking may need to be cancelled, postponed or rescheduled because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Possibl or the Creator.

Examples may include:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Public emergencies
  • War
  • Civil disturbance
  • Venue closure
  • Significant infrastructure failure
  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

In such circumstances, Possibl may offer:

  • Rescheduling
  • Full or partial refund
  • Possibl credit
  • Alternative service
  • Alternative date
  • Other appropriate resolution

The resolution will depend on the circumstances, applicable costs and applicable law.

Possibl will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair resolution.

18. Refunds for Defective, Deficient or Misrepresented Services

Where a service is defective, deficient, materially misrepresented or otherwise not provided as agreed, the customer may be eligible for an appropriate refund or other remedy.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules place obligations on marketplace sellers in relation to services that are defective, deficient, spurious or materially different from what was advertised or agreed, including appropriate refund obligations in applicable circumstances.

19. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, Possibl or the applicable payment provider will initiate the refund through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on:

  • Payment method
  • Bank
  • Card network
  • UPI provider
  • Payment gateway
  • Payment provider processing times

Possibl does not control the final processing time of third-party financial institutions.

20. Refund to Original Payment Method

Where possible, refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Possibl may use an alternative refund mechanism where:

  • The original payment method is unavailable
  • The payment provider requires another mechanism
  • The customer agrees to an alternative
  • Applicable law or operational requirements require an alternative method

21. Possibl Credits

In certain circumstances, Possibl may offer a customer a credit instead of a monetary refund.

A Possibl credit may:

  • Be linked to the customer's account
  • Have an expiry date where legally permitted and clearly disclosed
  • Be subject to applicable service restrictions
  • Not be transferable unless expressly permitted

Where a customer is legally entitled to a monetary refund, a Possibl credit will not be used to unlawfully replace that entitlement.

22. Payment Processing Fees

Depending on the transaction and applicable payment-provider arrangements, payment-processing charges may not always be recoverable.

Where a refund is required by law or because of a Creator/service failure, Possibl will handle applicable charges in accordance with the applicable transaction terms and law.

Where a customer voluntarily cancels a booking subject to a disclosed cancellation policy, any non-refundable payment-processing or other disclosed charges may be deducted where permitted.

23. Refunds After Creator Payout

A refund may be initiated after a Creator has already received a payout.

In such cases, Possibl may recover the refundable amount by:

  • Deducting it from pending payouts
  • Deducting it from future payouts
  • Reversing applicable transaction amounts
  • Requesting repayment where appropriate
  • Using other lawful recovery mechanisms

Creators agree to cooperate with legitimate refund adjustments.

24. Chargebacks

Customers may dispute transactions through their bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Where a chargeback occurs, Possibl may temporarily hold or adjust related funds while the transaction is reviewed.

A chargeback may result in:

  • Reversal of the transaction
  • Adjustment to Creator payout
  • Cancellation of referral rewards
  • Payment-provider charges
  • Other applicable financial adjustments

Possibl may request information from the customer or Creator to assist with the dispute.

25. How to Request a Refund

Customers should first use the cancellation or booking-management functionality available through Possibl where available.

If the relevant functionality is unavailable, the customer should contact Possibl through the official support/contact channel and provide:

  • Booking ID
  • Name
  • Registered contact information
  • Service or event name
  • Date of booking
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request
  • Relevant supporting information, where applicable

Possibl may request additional information to evaluate the request.

26. Refund Review

Where a refund is disputed or falls outside the automatic cancellation rules, Possibl may review:

  • Booking information
  • Cancellation timing
  • Service description
  • Creator communications
  • Customer communications
  • Attendance information
  • Payment records
  • Relevant Platform records
  • Supporting documents
  • Other relevant information

Possibl may contact the Creator and/or customer before making a determination.

27. Fraudulent or Abusive Refund Requests

Possibl may investigate refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with legitimate Platform use.

This may include:

  • False claims of non-delivery
  • Repeated unjustified chargebacks
  • Manipulated evidence
  • Fraudulent bookings
  • Self-booking
  • Coordinated refund abuse
  • Misuse of promotional credits
  • Other attempts to obtain unauthorized refunds

Possibl may restrict accounts or take other appropriate action where permitted by law.

28. Booking-Specific Terms Take Priority

Because Possibl supports different categories of services, the cancellation and refund conditions displayed for a specific booking may be more specific than this general Policy.

Where the specific booking terms are:

  • Clearly displayed
  • Accepted by the customer
  • Consistent with applicable law

those terms will govern the transaction.

Nothing in a booking-specific policy is intended to remove mandatory rights available to a customer under applicable law.

29. Possibl's Role in Refunds

Possibl may facilitate payments, refunds and dispute resolution between customers and Creators.

However, the underlying service may be provided by an independent Creator.

Possibl may therefore:

  • Facilitate communication
  • Process refunds
  • Review disputes
  • Adjust payouts
  • Apply Platform policies
  • Take action against Creators who repeatedly violate applicable policies

Possibl does not guarantee the quality or performance of every Creator Service.

30. Changes to This Policy

Possibl may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy as:

  • New services are introduced
  • New booking models are introduced
  • Payment systems change
  • Creator programs evolve
  • Applicable laws change
  • Operational requirements change

The updated Policy will be published on the Possibl Platform with the revised effective date.

Where required, material changes will be communicated appropriately.

31. Relationship With Other Possibl Policies

This Cancellation & Refund Policy should be read together with:

  • Possibl Terms & Conditions
  • Possibl Creator Terms & Conditions
  • Possibl Creator Fee & Payout Policy
  • Any applicable booking-specific terms
  • Any applicable event-specific terms
  • Possibl Privacy Policy

If a specific transaction has separate written cancellation terms, those terms will govern the transaction to the extent of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
