Possibl Creator Fee & Payout Policy
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
This Creator Fee & Payout Policy (“Fee Policy”) explains the fees, commissions, revenue-sharing arrangements and payout mechanisms applicable to Creators using Possibl.
This Fee Policy forms part of the Possibl Creator Terms & Conditions and applies to Creators who list, promote, sell or participate in services, sessions, classes, workshops, events, experiences or other offerings through Possibl.
Possibl operates a SaaS-plus-commission marketplace model. Depending on the Creator's subscription tier, transaction source and type of opportunity, different platform fees or commissions may apply.
The applicable fee shown to the Creator at the time of a transaction, booking or subscription will govern that transaction.
1. Possibl's Creator Monetization Model
Possibl is designed to function as both:
- A business operating system for Creators, helping them manage profiles, bookings, payments, customers and growth; and
- A talent discovery marketplace, helping Creators acquire new customers through Possibl's discovery, recommendation and matching systems.
Accordingly, Possibl's economics depend on:
- The Creator's subscription tier
- The source of the customer
- The type of transaction
- Whether the Creator uses referral functionality
- Whether the transaction is a standard marketplace booking or a managed/express opportunity
- Whether the transaction is part of a co-produced Possibl event or program
2. Creator Subscription Tiers
Possibl may offer multiple Creator subscription tiers.
The current standard structure is:
| Plan | Target Segment | Price | Base Platform Fee | Key Capabilities |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free Plan | Beginners / onboarding Creators | ₹0 | 10% | Basic profile/storefront, payment integration, referral tools and basic listing |
| Pro / Growth | Serious side-hustlers and growing Creators | ₹5,999/year or ₹599/month | 7% | Reduced fees, AI Assistant, calendar integration, WhatsApp CRM, growth tools |
| Studio | Full-time studios, academies and larger operators | ₹19,999/year or ₹1,999/month | 4% | Advanced CRM, automated marketing, staff accounts, analytics and priority discovery features |
| Elite | Top Creators, celebrities, master artists and large agencies | ₹7,999/month or ₹79,999/year | 1.5%–2% custom | White-glove support, dedicated account management, advanced AI allocation, custom integrations and other enterprise-level capabilities |
Possibl may introduce additional tiers, promotional plans, founding offers or customized commercial arrangements.
The applicable subscription price and included features will be displayed to the Creator before purchase.
3. Subscription Fees Are Separate From Transaction Fees
A Creator's subscription fee and transaction-based platform commission are separate charges.
For example, a Creator paying for the Pro / Growth Plan may still incur a transaction commission when receiving a booking.
The subscription provides access to the applicable Creator technology, features and pricing benefits. It does not automatically eliminate transaction fees unless the applicable plan expressly states otherwise.
4. Channel Source Commission Matrix
The transaction commission may vary depending on who sourced the customer and the Creator's active subscription tier.
The standard matrix is:
| Channel Source | Free | Pro / Growth | Studio | Elite |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Own Audience / Creator Organic | 3% | 2% | 1% | 0%–1% |
| Marketplace Organic / Possibl Discovery | 10% | 8% | 6% | 3%–4% |
| Express Allocation / Quick Match | 20% | 18% | 15% | 10%–12% |
These rates may be subject to applicable payment-processing charges, taxes, refunds, chargebacks or other disclosed adjustments.
The applicable rate is determined by the Creator's active plan and the qualifying source/type of transaction.
5. Own Audience / Creator Organic
An Own Audience Booking is generally a transaction where the Creator brings an existing customer, follower, student, client, community member or other existing audience relationship to Possibl.
The standard commission is:
- Free: 3%
- Pro / Growth: 2%
- Studio: 1%
- Elite: 0%–1%
The purpose of this model is to allow Creators to use Possibl as their business infrastructure while retaining the majority of the economic value generated by their existing audience.
Possibl may use referral links, invite links, customer history, attribution information or other reasonable technical signals to determine whether a customer originated from a Creator's audience.
6. Marketplace Organic / Possibl Discovery
A Marketplace Organic Booking is a transaction where the customer discovers or reaches a Creator primarily through Possibl's ecosystem.
This may include discovery through:
- Possibl search
- Category pages
- Recommendations
- AI discovery
- Location-based discovery
- Creator discovery pages
- Possibl events or campaigns
- Possibl-generated leads
- Other Platform discovery mechanisms
The standard commission is:
- Free: 10%
- Pro / Growth: 8%
- Studio: 6%
- Elite: 3%–4%
This fee compensates Possibl for customer acquisition, marketplace infrastructure, discovery technology and related services.
7. Express Allocation / Quick Match
Possibl may provide an Express Allocation service for users seeking fast or priority matching with an appropriate Creator.
Express Allocation may involve:
- Priority lead routing
- Automated Creator matching
- Availability matching
- Rapid booking workflows
- AI-assisted allocation
- Priority customer support
- Other managed marketplace services
The standard Express Allocation commission is:
- Free: 20%
- Pro / Growth: 18%
- Studio: 15%
- Elite: 10%–12%
Express Allocation rates apply because Possibl may undertake additional customer acquisition, matching, routing and operational work.
Possibl does not guarantee fulfillment unless the specific booking or service is expressly identified as having a fulfillment guarantee.
8. User Referral Program
Possibl may allow Creators to enable a referral program under which an existing user, community member, promoter or other eligible participant refers a new customer to a Creator.
Where the referral program is enabled:
10% Referral Fee
may be allocated to the eligible referring user/promoter from the applicable transaction value, subject to the rules of the referral program.
The referral amount is separate from the Possibl platform fee.
For example, if a qualifying transaction is ₹10,000 and:
- Platform fee = 7%
- Referral fee = 10%
then the applicable deductions before other charges would be:
- ₹700 Possibl platform fee
- ₹1,000 referral reward
- ₹8,300 remaining Creator amount
Actual payout may differ because of payment processing charges, taxes, refunds, chargebacks or other applicable adjustments.
9. Referral Attribution
Possibl may determine referral attribution using:
- Referral links
- Referral codes
- Creator links
- Campaign links
- User invitations
- Booking source
- Customer history
- Platform records
- Other technical attribution mechanisms
A referral must be genuine.
Creators and users must not:
- Create fake referrals
- Refer themselves
- Create duplicate accounts
- Manipulate referral attribution
- Generate artificial transactions
- Misrepresent the source of a customer
Possibl may cancel, reverse or withhold referral rewards associated with fraudulent or manipulated activity.
10. Transaction Breakdown
The following examples illustrate how different transaction types may affect Creator payouts.
| Transaction | Source | Platform Fee | Referral | Illustrative Creator Amount* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Direct / Own Audience | Creator | 1%–3% | 0% | 97%–99% |
| Marketplace Organic | Possibl | 6%–10% | 0% | 90%–94% |
| User Referral | Promoter | Applicable platform fee | 10% | Typically 87%–89% |
| Express Allocation | Possibl managed matching | 15%–20% | 0% | 80%–85% |
*Illustrative amounts before applicable payment-processing charges, taxes, refunds, chargebacks or other adjustments.
The actual rate depends on the Creator's active subscription tier and the applicable transaction classification.
11. Creator Payout Calculation
Unless a specific commercial arrangement states otherwise, a standard Creator transaction may be calculated as:
– Possibl Platform Commission
– Referral Reward, where applicable
– Payment Processing Charges, where applicable
– Refunds / Chargebacks / Adjustments, where applicable
– Applicable Taxes or Withholding, where required
= Net Creator Payout
The applicable transaction record or Creator dashboard will be the primary reference for the amount payable.
12. Payment Processing Charges
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Payment providers may charge processing, settlement, currency conversion or other transaction fees.
Unless expressly included in the applicable Possibl fee, payment-processing charges are separate from Possibl's platform commission.
Such charges may be deducted before the Creator payout.
13. Co-Produced Workshops, Masterclasses and Community Events
Possibl may independently co-produce or commercially participate in workshops, masterclasses, weekend community events, special programs, experiences or other events with selected Creators.
These transactions are not treated as ordinary Creator marketplace bookings.
For an approved co-produced event, the applicable commercial arrangement may use a Net Revenue Split.
Standard Co-Production Split
50% Possibl / 50% Creator
The split is calculated from:
Net Revenue = Gross Event Revenue minus agreed Venue Costs and Advertising/Marketing Spend
Accordingly:
– Venue Costs
– Agreed Advertising / Marketing Spend
= Net Revenue
Then:
50% Net Revenue → Possibl
50% Net Revenue → Creator
14. Example: Co-Produced Event
Assume a Possibl and Creator co-produce a weekend masterclass.
- Gross event revenue: ₹2,00,000
- Venue cost: ₹40,000
- Advertising/marketing spend: ₹20,000
Net Revenue
– ₹40,000
– ₹20,000
= ₹1,40,000
Revenue Split
- Possibl: ₹70,000
- Creator: ₹70,000
The specific event agreement may define which costs qualify as Venue Costs or Advertising/Marketing Spend and may establish different commercial terms where expressly agreed.
15. Co-Production Costs Must Be Agreed
For a co-produced event, Possibl and the participating Creator should agree in advance on the commercial structure and applicable cost categories.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, only reasonable and directly attributable:
- Venue costs
- Advertising costs
- Marketing costs
will be deducted before calculating Net Revenue under the standard 50/50 model.
Other expenses should be expressly agreed in the applicable event proposal, booking agreement or commercial arrangement before they are treated as deductions from Net Revenue.
16. Separate Commercial Agreements
Possibl may enter into separate agreements with Creators for:
- Celebrity collaborations
- Sponsored programs
- Masterclasses
- Workshops
- Events
- Corporate engagements
- School programs
- Community programs
- Brand partnerships
- Agency arrangements
- Large-scale productions
- White-label services
Those agreements may contain commercial terms that differ from this general Fee Policy.
Where a separate written agreement expressly establishes a different fee, commission or revenue split, that agreement will govern the relevant transaction.
17. Creator Payout Timing
Creator payouts generally become eligible for settlement after the applicable booking, service or event has been successfully completed and the relevant payment has been cleared.
Depending on the transaction, Possibl may apply a settlement period to account for:
- Cancellations
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Payment reconciliation
- Fraud checks
- Customer disputes
- Other financial controls
The actual payout timeline may depend on the applicable payment provider and transaction type.
18. Payout Account Requirements
Creators must provide accurate payout information where required.
This may include:
- Bank account information
- UPI information
- Account holder details
- Identity information
- Tax information
- Business information
- Other information required by Possibl or its payment providers
Possibl may delay a payout where required information is incomplete, inaccurate or pending verification.
19. Refunds
Where a customer is entitled to a refund, the relevant amount may be deducted from:
- Pending Creator payouts
- Future Creator payouts
- Amounts otherwise payable to the Creator
Where a refund relates to a transaction already paid out, Possibl may recover the applicable amount from future payouts or otherwise seek repayment where permitted by applicable law.
20. Chargebacks
A customer may dispute a payment through their payment provider.
Where a chargeback occurs, Possibl may hold or adjust the relevant payout while the transaction is reviewed.
If the chargeback is determined to be valid, the applicable amount may be deducted from the Creator's payout or recovered from the Creator, subject to applicable law.
21. Creator Cancellations
Creators are expected to honor confirmed bookings.
If a Creator cancels a booking, the financial consequences may depend on:
- Applicable cancellation policy
- Timing of cancellation
- Customer refund entitlement
- Payment processing costs
- Previous cancellation behavior
Repeated or unreasonable cancellations may also affect Creator visibility, eligibility or account status.
22. Customer Cancellations
Customer cancellations will be governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the relevant Creator Service or event.
Depending on the circumstances, a customer may receive:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Credit
- No refund
- Rescheduling
- Other applicable resolution
23. Taxes
Creators are responsible for their own tax, accounting, invoicing, registration and reporting obligations.
Possibl may collect, deduct, withhold or report amounts where required by applicable law.
Possibl does not provide tax or accounting advice.
Creators should obtain independent professional advice regarding their tax obligations.
24. Fraud, Abuse and Artificial Transactions
Possibl may investigate transactions that appear fraudulent, manipulated or inconsistent with legitimate Platform activity.
This includes:
- Fake bookings
- Self-bookings
- Artificial referrals
- Referral manipulation
- Fake customer accounts
- Fake reviews
- Payment manipulation
- Chargeback abuse
- Fee avoidance
- Attribution manipulation
- Coordinated attempts to exploit Platform incentives
Possibl may cancel transactions, reverse rewards, withhold payouts or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary.
25. Off-Platform Fee Avoidance
Creators may independently conduct business outside Possibl.
However, a Creator must not intentionally use Possibl-generated customer information, leads or discovery functionality to circumvent applicable Possibl transaction fees.
Where Possibl determines that a Creator deliberately diverted a qualifying Possibl-generated transaction to avoid applicable fees, Possibl may take appropriate action under the Creator Terms.
26. Creator Plan Changes
Possibl may introduce new Creator tiers, modify existing plans or discontinue plans.
A Creator's applicable transaction rates may change when the Creator changes subscription tiers.
Unless otherwise communicated, the applicable rate is determined by the Creator's active subscription at the time the transaction is processed.
Promotional rates may have separate validity periods and conditions.
27. No Guaranteed Earnings
Possibl does not guarantee:
- A minimum number of bookings
- A minimum income
- A particular payout
- A particular search position
- A minimum number of leads
- Customer acquisition
- Business growth
- Return on subscription fees
Creator earnings depend on demand, category, location, pricing, availability, service quality, customer behavior and other factors.
28. Changes to This Fee Policy
Possibl may update this Fee Policy as its business model, Creator plans, payment infrastructure or applicable laws evolve.
Material changes will be communicated where required.
The latest version will be published on the Possibl Platform with the applicable effective date.
29. Relationship With Creator Terms
This Fee Policy forms part of the Possibl Creator Terms & Conditions.
In the event of a conflict:
- A specific written commercial agreement for a transaction will govern that transaction.
- The applicable Creator plan or commercial offer will govern the relevant pricing terms.
- This Fee Policy governs general fees, commissions and payout mechanics.
- The Possibl Creator Terms govern the broader Creator relationship.
Nothing in this Fee Policy limits rights available to Creators or consumers under applicable law.
30. Contact
For questions regarding Creator fees, commissions, referrals, revenue sharing or payouts, Creators may contact Possibl through the official support or contact channels available on the Platform.
