  • Complaint reference number
  • Confirmation that the complaint has been received
  • Relevant next steps
  • Additional information required from the complainant

Complaint Resolution

Possibl will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve applicable complaints within timelines required by applicable law.

Where applicable under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, complaints are required to be redressed within one month from the date of receipt.

  • Information from a third-party service provider
  • Payment-provider review

Payment and Refund Complaints

These include payment failures, duplicate payments, incorrect payment amounts, refunds not received, unauthorized transactions, Creator payout issues, chargebacks, and transaction reversals.

Please provide the relevant transaction or booking reference when contacting us.

Payment investigations may involve third-party payment providers and actual refund processing times can depend on banks, card networks, UPI providers and other financial institutions. For more details, please view our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Creator Complaints

Creators can submit complaints relating to:

  • Account restrictions
  • Profile issues
  • Booking disputes
  • Customer conduct
  • Payment/payout issues
  • Platform fees
  • Commission attribution

Safety Complaints

Possibl takes safety-related complaints seriously. Examples include threats, harassment, physical violence, sexual harassment, child-safety concerns, fraud, dangerous conduct, or serious misconduct.

If you believe there is an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service first.

Users should also report the relevant Possibl account, booking or incident to us where appropriate.

Privacy and Personal Data Complaints

You can contact Possibl regarding the collection of personal information, use of personal information, storage, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information.

For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Complaints

You may report suspected copyright infringement, trademark infringement, unauthorized content, or other intellectual-property violations.

Please provide your name, contact details, identification of relevant content, location of content on the Platform, a description of your rights, an explanation of the alleged infringement, and supporting documentation where appropriate.

Community and Content Complaints

Users may report content that violates the Possibl Community Guidelines. Examples include harassment, hate/discriminatory conduct, fraud, impersonation, fake reviews, unsafe behavior, privacy violations, exploitative content, intellectual-property violations, or other prohibited conduct.

Please review our Community Guidelines for full details.

Complaint Reference Number

Possibl may assign a complaint reference number where appropriate. Users should retain the reference number for future correspondence.

Information Requests

Possibl may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint. Examples include booking information, transaction information, screenshots, relevant communications, supporting documents, or identity verification where reasonably required.

Please provide only information reasonably necessary for resolving your complaint.

Confidentiality

Complaint information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements. Information may be shared with relevant parties where reasonably necessary to investigate a complaint, resolve a booking dispute, process a refund, investigate fraud, protect users, comply with law, or enforce Platform policies.

See our Privacy Policy for more information.

False or Malicious Complaints

Possibl encourages genuine complaints but does not permit knowingly false or malicious complaints intended to harass another person, damage a Creator's reputation, obtain an unauthorized refund, manipulate reviews, disrupt the Platform, or obtain an unfair financial benefit.

This does not prevent genuine complaints that ultimately are not upheld.

Escalation

If someone is dissatisfied with the handling of their complaint, they may respond to the complaint resolution communication and request further review where an escalation mechanism is available.

Legal rights to approach competent consumer authorities, regulators, courts or other statutory mechanisms remain unaffected.
