Possibl Creator Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

Welcome to Possibl.

Possibl is a talent discovery and booking platform designed to help people discover, connect with and book talented creators, artists, instructors, coaches, professionals, studios, organizers and other service providers.

These Possibl Creator Terms & Conditions (“Creator Terms”) apply specifically to individuals, professionals, creators, artists, instructors, coaches, studios, organizations and other service providers who create a Creator profile or offer services through Possibl (“Creator”, “you” or “your”).

These Creator Terms supplement the general Possibl Terms & Conditions (“General Terms”) and the Possibl Privacy Policy.

By creating a Creator account, submitting a Creator profile, listing a service, accepting a booking or otherwise using Possibl as a Creator, you agree to these Creator Terms.

If you do not agree to these Creator Terms, you must not create or operate a Creator profile on Possibl.

1. What is a Possibl Creator?

A Possibl Creator is an eligible individual, professional, artist, instructor, coach, trainer, performer, studio, organization, organizer or other service provider who uses Possibl to showcase their talent, skills, services, sessions, classes, events, experiences or other offerings.

Possibl is designed to help Creators turn their talent and expertise into discoverable opportunities.

  • Publish photos and videos
  • Set pricing
  • Set availability

The specific features available to a Creator may vary depending on the Creator's account, plan, location, category and the features offered by Possibl from time to time.

2. Relationship Between Possibl and the Creator

Possibl operates a technology platform that facilitates discovery, connection and booking between users and Creators.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Possibl is not the employer, agent, partner, representative or joint venture partner of a Creator.

Creators operate independently and are responsible for the services they offer through Possibl.

Nothing in these Creator Terms creates:

  • An employment relationship
  • A partnership
  • A joint venture
  • An agency relationship
  • A franchise relationship
  • An exclusive representation arrangement

between Possibl and a Creator.

Creators remain responsible for their own professional activities, taxes, registrations, licenses, permissions, insurance and legal obligations.

  • You have any qualifications, registrations, permissions or licenses required for your services
  • You will comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • You will update information when it becomes inaccurate or outdated

If you are creating a profile on behalf of a studio, company, organization or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to represent that entity.

Possibl may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary.

4. Creator Onboarding and Verification

Possibl may require Creators to complete an onboarding process before their profile or services become publicly discoverable or eligible for bookings.

Possibl may request information including:

  • Portfolio information
  • Social media or professional links
  • Qualifications or certifications
  • Business information
  • Payment information
  • Tax information where applicable
  • Other information reasonably required to operate the Platform

Possibl may verify certain information provided by a Creator.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee, certification or endorsement of the Creator's overall qualifications, quality or performance.

A Creator must not claim to be “verified” or otherwise certified by Possibl beyond the specific verification actually completed.

5. Creator Profile

Creators may create profiles containing information such as:

  • Name

  • Materials or requirements
  • Other relevant information

Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their Creator Services.

A Creator must not list a service that they are not legally authorized or reasonably capable of providing.

7. Pricing

Creators are responsible for setting the prices of their Creator Services unless a particular Possibl program expressly provides otherwise.

Creators must display accurate pricing information.

Prices must not be intentionally misleading.

Where applicable, additional taxes, platform fees, payment processing fees or other charges may apply.

Any applicable charges to Creators will be communicated through the relevant Possibl plan, Creator dashboard, booking flow or other applicable communication.

Possibl may introduce, modify or discontinue Creator plans, subscription fees, listing fees, commissions or other commercial arrangements with appropriate notice where required.

8. Possibl Platform Fees and Commissions

Depending on the Creator's plan and the applicable Possibl commercial model, Possibl may charge:

  • Subscription fees
  • Listing fees
  • Booking fees
  • Platform fees
  • Commissions
  • Payment processing charges
  • Other clearly disclosed charges

The applicable fee structure will be communicated to the Creator before the relevant charge becomes applicable.

Where a Creator has agreed to a specific commercial plan, the terms of that plan may apply in addition to these Creator Terms.

Possibl may introduce different plans or commercial structures for different categories, markets or Creator segments.

9. Bookings

When a user submits a booking request for a Creator Service, the Creator must respond in accordance with the applicable Platform functionality and booking requirements.

Creators are responsible for maintaining accurate availability.

Once a booking is confirmed, the Creator is expected to honor the booking unless cancellation, rescheduling or other circumstances permitted under the applicable policy apply.

Repeated failure to honor confirmed bookings may result in:

  • Reduced visibility
  • Booking restrictions
  • Account review
  • Temporary suspension
  • Termination of the Creator account

Possibl may assist in resolving booking-related issues but does not guarantee the outcome of a dispute between a Creator and a customer.

10. Creator Responsibilities After Booking

A Creator who accepts a booking agrees to:

  • Provide the agreed service
  • Arrive or be available at the agreed time
  • Provide accurate service information
  • Communicate professionally
  • Maintain reasonable safety standards
  • Respect customers
  • Follow applicable laws
  • Honor the applicable cancellation and refund policy
  • Avoid discriminatory, abusive or inappropriate conduct
  • Notify the customer and Possibl where reasonably possible if an unavoidable issue affects the booking

Creators must not intentionally accept bookings that they know they cannot fulfill.

11. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Creators must comply with the cancellation and rescheduling terms applicable to their listed services and bookings.

Where a Creator needs to cancel a confirmed booking, the Creator should provide reasonable notice whenever possible.

Repeated cancellations may negatively affect the Creator's Platform standing and may result in restrictions or suspension.

Where Possibl has processed a customer payment, refunds will be handled according to the applicable booking, cancellation and refund policy.

Possibl may establish specific rules for cancellations, refunds and no-shows for different categories or booking types.

12. Payments to Creators

Creators are responsible for understanding and fulfilling their own tax, invoicing, registration and reporting obligations arising from their activities on Possibl.

Depending on the nature and value of transactions, Possibl may collect, deduct, report or withhold amounts where required by applicable law.

Possibl does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice to Creators.

Creators should obtain independent professional advice regarding their obligations.

14. Direct Payments and Circumvention

Possibl is designed to facilitate discovery and booking between users and Creators.

Where a customer is introduced to a Creator through Possibl and a booking is initiated or completed through Possibl, the Creator must not intentionally circumvent applicable Possibl booking or payment mechanisms for the purpose of avoiding applicable Platform fees or other contractual obligations.

This does not prevent Creators from conducting legitimate business independently of Possibl where permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

However, Creators must not use Possibl's customer information, leads or Platform functionality specifically to evade applicable Possibl fees, booking mechanisms or commercial terms.

Possibl may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly engage in deliberate payment or booking circumvention.

Possibl may investigate credible complaints and take appropriate action.

19. Creator Content

Creators may upload photographs, videos, text, artwork, logos, portfolio material and other content (“Creator Content”).

You retain ownership of Creator Content that you own.

Possibl may modify its discovery algorithms from time to time.

24. Creator Profile Quality

Possibl may provide profile-completion indicators, recommendations, scores, badges or other tools intended to help Creators improve their presence on the Platform.

These tools are informational and do not guarantee bookings, popularity, revenue or professional success.
